This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through this Site or its related sites and services.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control


Information I Collect 

To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information, such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (e.g for a custom order) if you contact me directly.


 

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Sarah Foat maintains full ownership of the products until full payment has been obtained.

 

DELIVERY

Unless specified otherwise, your order will be despatched within 5 business days (often sooner) after it has been fully paid for. You will receive a confirmation shipping email once your order has been dispatched. 

  • Small paintings on paper are packaged in a board backed envelope and posted using Royal Mail Signed For or International Tracked & Signed.

  • Paintings on canvas are bubble wrapped and packaged in a sturdy box. Shipped using a Royal Mail tracked service or similar.

  • Sets of cards are packaged in a board backed envelope or padded envelope (or similar) and posted to UK using Royal Mail 2nd Class, or Overseas using a Tracked & Signed service.

Please note shipping time might vary depending on your location.

  • UK usually 2-3 business days

  • Rest of World: 10 - 15 business days

UK delivery is included in the price for all orders.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Please contact me within 3 days of delivery if you have any problems with your order - sarah.foat@hotmail.com
Ship items back within 14 days of delivery.

Every care has been taken to show the artwork as accurately as possible with regard to size and colour. The image you see online may show a difference due to variation between browsers, devices and screen settings. Any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork is not deemed a fault and slight inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for return.

 

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns, or offer refunds for custom or personalised orders.

 

Conditions of return:

Buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.
